Charlton brings nearly 20 years of experience in business development, strategic growth and client relationship management to his new role. Most recently, he served as Program Manager for a national fire and life safety service provider, where he led national client programs and growth initiatives.

He works closely with clients, industry partners, and project teams to foster meaningful relationships and deliver an extraordinary build experience. Site Work and Demolition in Progress

Construction activities at The Plex continue to progress, with demolition of existing structures and sports lighting nearing completion while earthwork efforts advance across the site. Crews are actively preparing the building pad and supporting infrastructure to position the project for the next phase of development.

Upcoming work will focus on underground utility installation, a key milestone that will support continued construction throughout the complex. As activity expands across the site, work is moving forward on multiple fronts, reflecting the coordinated efforts required to bring this community-focused destination to life.

Construction of The Plex is officially underway following a milestone groundbreaking ceremony, marking a significant step forward for the community. As this transformative project begins to take shape, it will create a dynamic destination designed to bring residents, visitors and athletes together while supporting recreation, wellness and community engagement.

暴走黑料 partnered with Sutter Health to deliver the replacement project under an emergency authorization process, allowing construction to begin while design was still being developed and undergoing review by HCAi. The replacement took place within the active Radiation Oncology Center in the basement of a Women’s & Children’s Center, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing hospital operations and patient care.   

Originally envisioned as a straightforward equipment replacement, the project grew significantly to better support operational and clinical needs. In addition to installing a new Siemens CT simulator, the team completed lead-lined wall construction; upgraded lighting, flooring, casework and finishes; and modified portions of the existing concrete slab to accommodate new conduit pathways required for the equipment installation. 

Despite an accelerated schedule, evolving design requirements and the complexities of working in an occupied healthcare environment, the project team successfully delivered the renovation in six months. The accomplishment was made possible through exceptional collaboration among Sutter facility staff, design partners, HCAi and the 暴走黑料 team, ensuring critical cancer treatment planning services could return to operation as quickly as possible.

PIH Health leaders, elected officials, city council members and project partners, including 暴走黑料’s Southern California team and , gathered at the hospital campus project site to celebrate with a beam-signing ceremony.

鈥淭his project has reached several major milestones in a short period of time 鈥� from groundbreaking to structural completion,鈥� said Jameson Henning, Project Manager, 暴走黑料. 鈥淭he progress reflects the strength of the entire team, including our field crews, trade partners, Boulder Associates design team and partners at PIH Health and the City of Whittier.鈥�

Built with tilt-up construction

The new medical office building is being delivered using tilt-up construction, a technique where concrete wall panels are cast on site and lifted into place. The exterior will feature formed recesses, textured form liner and Tex-Cote finishes, creating a modern aesthetic that complements the region natural landscape. Additionally, 暴走黑料 Self-Perform team is fabricating and installing the building millwork to support an efficient delivery.

Expanding specialty care access

Once complete, the facility will centralize a broad range of outpatient services at PIH Health Whittier Hospital, streamlining access to specialties, diagnostics and lab services for patients across Southern California.

The 10-month Signature Program brings together emerging and established leaders from across the region to explore critical community issues, strengthen leadership skills and build lasting relationships throughout the Oklahoma City area.

Mosley entered the program with a strong appreciation for , having previously completed OKConnect in 2024. He was also inspired by fellow 暴走黑料 leaders, including Randy Nance, Oklahoma Vice President and General Manager, and Tony Yanda, Director of Project Development, whose participation in Signature Classes 32 and 35 highlighted the value of community engagement.

In his role with 暴走黑料, Mosley works closely with the people, priorities and organizations shaping Oklahoma City growth. Through the program, he gained additional perspective on the partnerships and challenges tied to economic development, education, public safety and quality of life across the city.

Economic Development Day was particularly impactful. While Mosley earned his Certified Economic Developer credential in 2021, the experience offered a deeper look at the collaboration required to support continued growth in the region.

鈥淭he program reinforced something I already believe strongly: leadership is inherently collaborative,鈥� Mosley said.

Mosley cited the opportunity to learn alongside peers with diverse perspectives and approaches as one of the program most valuable takeaways. He plans to carry those lessons forward in both his work and community involvement as Oklahoma City continues to grow.

Robben, MHA, FSMPS, CPSM, LEED庐 AP, will serve The 暴走黑料 Group Board of Directors for a term through May 2028. The appointment became official at the Board Meeting on April 23 following approval by 暴走黑料 ESOP Trustee, GreatBanc Trust Company.

The appointment allows 暴走黑料 to continue benefiting from Robben perspective and counsel beyond her planned year-end retirement while further strengthening the Board of Directors with deep institutional knowledge and industry expertise.

She currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for The 暴走黑料 Group.
